Working towards a long lean Victoria's Secrets Bikini Body

When clients come to me for personal training or nutrition consultations, I always find out what their goals are, and whether they have any specific complaints that they might like to address through diet and exercise. It is amazing how many clients are similar, with many female clients looking to achieve a long lean body, alleviate lower back pain, boost energy, and get more regular in the toilet department!

At boutique personal training gym Sound Mind and Body we have been running a series of summer bootcamps to help tackle these common goals, and get ladies bikini ready in just 5 days. 



Because many of us work in jobs that require much of the day to be spent sitting, abdominal muscles may be weak, with work needed to strengthen the core to alleviate any lower back pain that may exist or develop. It is not just sit ups and crunches though that strengthen the abdominal muscles, and in fact compound movements such as squats and lunges can help develop a stronger core. We use a range of exercises within the bootcamps to achieve a long lean body with a stronger core, and combine with this the positive effect of exercise upon well-being, and a superfood energy boost from post workout greens shake Maximum Vibrance, which also contains plenty of fibre and 25 billion probiotics to help digestion.

The 5 Day Victoria's Secret Bikini Body Bootcamps include:
-  5 bootcamp style group workouts,

Clients saw weight loss of up to 5lbs in the 5 days and reported feeling full of energy and much slimmer. Some clients were ready for the beach, whereas others had got back into shape after indulging too much after being on holiday, and others had kick started a new healthy lifestyle to take forwards on a more long term basis. 

As the previous bootcamps have been so popular, we are running further sessions this month, from next Monday 19th August for 5 days until Friday 23rd, each morning 6:30-7:30am.
